We ask for the serial number as this assists us with tracking your unit if the paperwork got lost or damaged in the post.

This information is recommend but optional - so if you prefer not to provide the Serial Number we will still accept your repair.

By purchasing the Fast Track option, your repair will take priority over other repairs in the queue. Therefore the repair time will normally be the same or next working day.
